Clubhouse rentals include full and exclusive use of all indoor and outdoor spaces. Indoors, the Great Room and open mezzanine can hold up to 70 guests for a indoor seated dinner (outdoor dining is not allowed/tents are not allowed, food trucks are not allowed), 100 guests for an indoor seated lecture, and 130 guests for a standing room reception.
A gas fireplace provides ambiance, and baby grand piano is waiting to be played in the wonderful acoustics of the Great Room which has been outfitted with hardwood floors – a perfect dance floor!
Wide double doors enable seamless indoor-outdoor flow towards the brick-paved courtyard and upper patio.
The Clubhouse comes complete with a catering kitchen (plating is acceptable/cooking is unacceptable), 4 bathrooms (2 accessible restrooms on the main level and 2 women’s restroom off the mezzanine with an adjoining powder room for bridal preparations. Renters may use any of the tables, chairs, sound system (no additional speakers may be used), and projector screen (projector is not provided) during their event.
